Netherlands Unlocked was founded by Matt Lewis to help clients organize the practical parts of moving to and building a life in the Netherlands. Support can include relocation planning, housing and property needs, business setup, digital services and coordination with the appropriate professionals when specialist advice is needed.
WHY I CREATED NETHERLANDS UNLOCKED.
The move showed me where practical help was missing
During my own move, different parts of the process were handled by different organizations and professionals. Housing had one timeline. Immigration had another. Business registration, banking, insurance, property decisions and everyday arrival tasks each had their own requirements.
The difficult part was often not finding information. It was understanding which information applied, what needed to happen next and which questions belonged with which professional.
Netherlands Unlocked grew from that experience. The goal is to help clients turn separate decisions into a workable plan, complete the practical services we agree to handle and make appropriate introductions when another professional needs to take over.

Matt is a licensed Georgia real estate broker and an agent in the Netherlands, bringing experience with property needs on both sides of an international move. Through eXp Nederland, Matt Lewis, Dustin Lewis, and Eudia Goedhart work together to assist with rental, purchase, sale, and other property needs throughout the Netherlands, with the appropriate agent and brokerage relationship confirmed for each client. Netherlands Unlocked coordinates relocation, housing, and property needs as part of the broader move.
When a client needs support in another country or a market outside the team’s scope, Netherlands Unlocked can coordinate with or refer the client to an appropriate real estate or other professional.

Dustin works with relocation, rentals, purchases and sales throughout the Netherlands. After relocating from the United States himself, he understands the practical and personal sides of finding a home in a new country. He brings years of U.S. real estate experience, clear communication and a client focused approach.
Eudia Goedhart
Eudia brings years of real estate experience to the team, with practical knowledge of the documentation, coordination and communication involved in property work. She helps keep rental, purchase and sale processes organized, supports clear communication and contributes to a steady client experience throughout the Netherlands.

Clients can work with Matt, Dustin or Eudia through eXp Nederland for rental, purchase, sale and other property needs covered by the applicable brokerage relationship. The team is not limited to Amsterdam and can assist clients throughout the Netherlands.
Netherlands Unlocked maintains real estate relationships in the United States, European and other global markets. When a client needs property expertise elsewhere, we can make an appropriate introduction where a trusted relationship is available.

Matt remains the main point of contact for Netherlands Unlocked services, with a focus on understanding what you are trying to accomplish, handling the work within the agreed scope and identifying when another professional needs to become involved. Depending on your needs, that may include Netherlands Unlocked services, real estate support through the team at eXp Nederland or an outside professional whose license or specific expertise is required. Rather than expecting one person to act as an immigration adviser, accountant, mortgage adviser, real estate expert and business consultant, the goal is to make sure the right person is involved at the right time.
