Where property needs involve another country or market, Netherlands Unlocked may introduce a client to an appropriate real estate professional or brokerage. Any representation, fees, duties, and legal obligations connected with that professional are governed by the separate relationship between the client and that professional or brokerage.
Netherlands Unlocked does not guarantee property availability, acceptance of a rental application or offer, financing, valuation, completion of a transaction, or any other result controlled by a landlord, seller, buyer, lender, appraiser, notary, brokerage, government authority, or other independent party.
6. Professional introductions and commercial relationships
