When real estate is involved, the appropriate eXp Nederland agent and brokerage relationship are identified separately, and any third party fees are set by the relevant provider and may change without notice.

Property services in the Netherlands are provided by Netherlands Unlocked and our real estate team. In other markets, we work with trusted real estate agents. A separate agreement may apply when the client works directly with another agent or brokerage.
Qualified specialists
Legal, immigration, tax, accounting, mortgage, notarial, insurance, and similar advice is provided by the appropriate qualified professional. Netherlands Unlocked may make an introduction but does not provide that advice as its own.
